The Poblano pepper is best known for its usage in the dish Chiles Rellenos, using the fresh unripe pepper. Once ripened and dried are known as “Ancho” peppers and are then used as chili powder.

A heavy producer of fruits that can grow up to 7” long and thick shelled, perfect for stuffing. Mellow in flavor and mild in heat. Maturity is 60 days from transplant.
