I’d been looking forward to trying these peppers since I heard their name. They were hotter than I expected, but the flavor is nice! I made a fresh pepper paste by grinding the de-seeded fruits and adding just a little vinegar. I keep it in the fridge and add a small spoonful to my dishes. That way I am able to enjoy the fresh pepper taste in winter. It worked really well with these! Also, in our trials, the plants were simply loaded with fruit.
