Habanero, Orange

Price range: $3.50 through $140.00

Whew, super heat combined with fruity, citrus undertones. Great for hot sauces and basting. Key ingredient in making Jamaican “jerk” sauces. Very productive, fruits start off green and ripen to orange. Can be used green, but flavor is not as complex. Fruits average 2” long and 1” wide on plants 24” tall. Handle with care, especially when chopping.
