Also generally known as a “Cuban Pepper.”  Commonly used in Cuban, Puerto Rican and Dominican cuisine.  Prized for its sweet, mild flavor.  Just a touch of heat.  Plants are loaded with 6-8″ peppers that ripen from light yellowish-green to red.  Most often used in the green stage.  Thin walls make it good for stuffing and also for quick cooking.  60 days from transplant.
