Italian Giant is a flat-leafed parsley and the preferred variety for cooking. Outer leaves can be clipped while the middle ones continue to grow. Fertilize with a liquid or side-dress with compost every few weeks and you will have a continuous supply of fresh, vitamin-packed parsley through the whole growing season. Can be used to flavor all kinds of dishes, soups and salads. Once it is established, it is easy to grow.
