A popular choice for those who don’t like overwhelming heat, but do like some spice.  Most commonly used pepper for chiles rellenos.  However, they can be included in any dish that calls for a mild, sweet chile.  Most flavorful when they are fire roasted and peeled.  Ortega has been selling fire roasted, canned Anaheim peppers since 1897.  Sturdy 28-32″ plants with great foliage protection for the fruits that measure 8″ long and 2.5″ wide.  80 days from transplant.
