Winter Luxury (aka Livingston’s Pie)

Price range: $3.50 through $803.25

Introduced in 1893 by Johnson & Stokes Seed Company. Vigorous vines bear round 7-8 pound fruits. Still regarded as one of the very best pie pumpkins. Sweet, pale orange flesh makes a velvety smooth pie. The skin is finely netted and a beautiful golden russet color. Not the best keeper, but will last long enough to impress your friends and family at Thanksgiving.
