Opal Creek

Price range: $3.75 through $260.00

Unique and tasty 3” yellow-podded snap pea. Sturdy plants with 5-6’ vines with white flowers. The name honors the ancient Opal Creek forest in Oregon. Many gardeners also enjoy its very sweet, edible leaves. Holds the lemon-yellow color better in cool temperatures. Great for salads and also our favorite for growing baby pea-spouts in the greenhouse. Bred by Alan Kapuler PhD.
