Old German

Price range: $4.50 through $200.00

This old time beefsteak tomato is as sweet as tomatoes get. We thank the Mennonites who have preserved this tomato since the 1800’s. Very meaty and sweet, often weighing more than 1 pound! Old German is a stingy producer and seems to grow best in zones 6-8. Great for slicing and juicing. Indeterminate. 80-90 days.
