Kabocha

Known as one of the all-time best eating squash.  A very popular Japanese variety normally only offered as hybrids.  This open-pollinated strain is very productive and with the added benefit that if you want to, you can save your own seed from year-to-year.  Yellowish orange flesh, excellent sweet, nutty flavor.  Great for curries, breads or baking.  85 days.
