First developed in the 1930’s in New Zealand by Arthur Yates. Crystal Apple is an heirloom variety that at maturity resembles a small apple with 2-3″ wide fruits. Best if harvested early. Similar to Lemon Cucumber but more pale in color and milder in flavor. 70 days to maturity.
