Pass It On. Plant It Forward.
2026 SEEDCYCLE DONATION PROGRAM UPDATE:
Thank you for the incredible interest in our 2026 SeedCycle Donation Program.
Due to overwhelming response, the program is now closed for the year, as all available seed has been fully allocated. The program will reopen on November 1, 2026 for the 2027 season. We’ll be working throughout the year to replenish seed offerings for the next cycle. We’re grateful for the work you do to support gardening, education, and community growing, and we look forward to supporting more organizations soon. Thank you for helping us keep seeds growing where they’re needed most 🌱
ABOUT OUR DONATION PROGRAM:
At our core, we love gardening—and we believe it should be part of everyone’s life. That belief is what inspired SeedCycle, our seed donation initiative designed to make gardening more accessible by sharing seeds with organizations in need.
In the winter of 2024–25, the first season of SeedCycle, we proudly supported 22 organizations across the U.S. Many were new seed libraries just getting started, and we’re excited to continue expanding our reach and impact in future seasons.
As a wholesale seed supplier, our primary business is providing bulk seed to well-known catalog companies. Unlike many retail seed companies, we don’t prepackage seeds or carry leftover consumer-sized packets. Instead, the seeds shared through SeedCycle come from small remaining lots—high-quality seed that’s no longer practical for commercial sale due to testing requirements. Rather than let these seeds go unused, SeedCycle gives them new life in classrooms, seed libraries, community gardens, and nonprofit growing programs across the country.

-
Program Timeline: The program runs from annually November 1 through March 31 and operates on a first-come, first-served basis.
-

-
Shipping & Acknowledgment: While the seeds are free, we request a $25 flat rate fee to cover shipping costs. Our donations are only shipped domestically within the U.S. We also kindly ask that recipients acknowledge our donation in printed materials, within the seed library, and/or on social media.
Important Notes
-
Donation seeds must be used for planting. Seeds or any resulting produce cannot be used for fundraising or resale.
Why This Approach?
This donation program allows seed libraries to curate their own selection, introducing lesser-known and diverse varieties beyond the standard industry offerings. By distributing larger packets, we maximize the number of home gardeners benefiting from each donation.
We look forward to supporting seed libraries and helping communities grow!
