General: All prices given in US Dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Returns: Seed is non-returnable except with pre-approved authorization. There will be a restocking fee of 20% on all returned orders. All returns must be made in the original, unopened package.
Crop Failures or Shortages: Orders are subject to a pro-rate delivery in the event partial or complete crop failure.
Limitation of Liability: The sole remedy for loss or damages shall be limited to the purchase price of the seed. Under no circumstances will A. P. Whaley LLC be liable for consequential damages. All claims must be submitted to A. P. Whaley LLC in writing no more than 30 days from the date of purchase.
Watermelon Fruit Blotch Disease: A. P. Whaley LLC is not liable for any damages due to watermelon fruit blotch disease. Under no circumstances will A. P. Whaley LLC be liable for consequential damages.
Terms of Photography Usage: All website images are the copyright protected property of A. P. Whaley LLC. Please contact our office for a Photography Usage Form. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
Shipping Policy: Most orders ship via USPS First Class Mail, minimum shipping charge is $5.00 for domestic and $10.00 to Canada. Larger orders ship via LTL carrier, FOB – Mount Horeb, Wiscosin. Pallets at $10.00 each, Poly Bags at $2.00 each, Foil Pouches at $1.00 each, Plastic 4-gallon buckets at $6.00 each, Boxes at $2.00 each. Other charges may apply. Please contact our office for arranging pallet shipments.
