A 1920s heirloom. Carries the legend that if you eat a ripe melon from the garden on a moon-lit night that it will send you into a state of passion. These 3-4 pound oval fruits are succulently sweet and have a juicy salmon-colored flesh. Small seed cavity, good drought resistant and has some wilt tolerance.
