A real show-stopper, two-toned sugar snap pea. Possesses the same bi-colored flowers and unique hyper-tendrils as Sugar Magnolia and Magnolia Blossom. We love putting these great tasting tendrils into salads. They taste just like peas! Sturdy 5-6’ plants are very productive. Spring Blush is still throwing some all green podded plants. If you save your own seed, try to select only plants that have the pink blushed pods. Either way, the taste is great and this variety is sure to become a classic. Bred by Alan Kapuler PhD.

Dr. Alan Kapuler is the founder and president of Peace Seeds (www.peaceseeds.com) located in Corvallis, Oregon. He was also a co-founder and the first research director for Seeds of Change. Dr. Kapuler graduated at the top of his class from Yale at the age of 19 and went on to receive a PhD in molecular biology from the Rockefeller University in New York. For more than 40 years Dr. Kapuler has been working diligently to introduce hundreds of vegetable varieties into the public domain.
