We pride ourselves in offering only the highest quality seeds: those free of GMOs, noxious weeds and other invasive species, and produced by growers that are supportive of sustainable agricultural practices. Limitation of Liability: The sole remedy for loss or damages shall be limited to the purchase price of the seed. Shipping charges are not refundable. Under no circumstances will A. P. Whaley LLC be liable for consequential damages. All claims must be submitted to A. P. Whaley LLC in writing no more than 30 days from the date of purchase.

Featured Breeder-Tom Wagner
Tom Wagner is a private breeder of tomatoes and potatoes based out of Everett, Washington. He grew up on a Kansas diversified grain/dairy farm and began experimenting with breeding vegetables (and animals) at a very young age. Wagner went on to earn three degrees from the University of Kansas-in Botany, Geography & Anthropology. He also has an education degree from the University of Phoenix. One of Wagner’s first creations is the well-known ‘Green Zebra’ tomato. Tom Wagner tomatoes are known for their complex pedigree, disease resistances and feature unique coloring and flavors.
