Early Prolific Straightneck lives up to its name with an early summer fruit output. It is a cross of a crookneck with an acorn squash introduced in 1938 and won an AAS award. With regular harvesting plants will produce late into the summer. Delicious fresh and cooked when harvested 5-6” in length. It is a butter / lemon yellow in color when best to harvest.
