A multipurpose dill used for its leaves, flowers, and seeds. Leaves are good for flavoring salads and garnishing dishes, flower umbels are also used for flavoring as well as pickling, and the seeds can be dried and stored as a spice. Succession planting ensures a good supply of flower heads for fall pickling.
